This quarter-zip is hands down one of the best additions to my wardrobe. The fit is just right not too tight, not too loose. It's very breathable I’ve worn it on casual days out and even dressed it up. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that blends style, comfort, and timeless appeal.
I'm a first-time buyer, and the product is not as soft as marketed. It feels like a regular sweater but not nearly as soft as Merino wool. I was under the impression that "royal alpaca" is supposed to be the finest quality of alpaca, and I'm unfortunately disappointed because it's not soft and also a little itchy.
Additionally, I'm 6'0' and ordered a size L, and it was short on the sleeves. You will most likely have to go up from your normal size. Hopefully, I will be able to return my order with no penalties.
The customer service is phenomenal and exceptional.
